JUNCTION CITY, KY — A two-vehicle collision in Boyle County, KY, on Tuesday night has left a Lancaster, KY, man dead and a local sheriff’s deputy injured, according to the Kentucky State Police.
Investigators with KSP Post 7 in Richmond, KY, say the fatal crash occurred just before 9:30 p.m. on March 3, 2026, at the intersection of US-127 (Hustonville Road) and West Shelby Street in Junction City, KY.
According to preliminary reports, Boyle County Sheriff’s Deputy Zach King was driving a 2023 black Dodge Durango northbound on US-127.
