Scott Township, Pa. — A Bloomsburg man is facing multiple charges after police say he tried to give alcohol and cigarettes to a young teen and sent her inappropriate messages.
Officers were dispatched to a home on Old Berwick Road on Dec. 4 for a report that an adult neighbor was attempting to provide alcohol and cigarettes to a 13-year-old girl, according to Sgt. Joshua Pastucka of the Scott Township Police Department.
