Project Pizza NOE, LLC, the company that operates the Fiorella restaurant in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on March 6, 2026, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.
