(FOX40.COM) — The Davis Police Department is investigating an alleged animal abuse case after two-year-old videos resurfaced online.
The video showed a UC Davis Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity member allegedly abusing ducks, resulting in DPD investigating the incident as of Wednesday.
