SAN JOSE — More than 100 affordable homes might sprout on a commercial site in San Jose that’s near The Plant retail hub and State Route 87, according to very preliminary plans on file at City Hall.
The proposed development is slated to produce up to 115 affordable homes at 195 Curtner Avenue in San Jose, a filing with city planners shows.
At present, an Enterprise Rent-A-Car building occupies the 0.5-acre site, which is at the corner of Curtner Avenue and Stone Avenue.
