MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – WAFF 48 spoke with residents in a Meridianville neighborhood who said speeding cars were becoming a real safety concern, especially for families with young children.
Many of them said they wanted speed humps installed to slow drivers down, but one county rule was standing in the way.
