Corpus Christi may hire two firms for environmental study of Inner Harbor desal

City of Corpus Christi officials are considering whether to hire two professional firms to perform additional far-field modeling for the proposed Inner Harbor desalination project.

The effort is to provide a comprehensive study of possible environmental impacts that could potentially be anticipated with the operations of the plant, planned to generate as much as 30 million gallons of treated water per day.
