MILWAUKEE — A lack of affordable housing and a glut of vacant homes are both issues the city of Milwaukee faces. A new grant program is looking to address it.
A $650,000 grant, managed by the 30th Street Industrial Corridor in partnership with the Northwest Side Community Development Corporation and Community Development Alliance, is aimed at encouraging emerging developers to redevelop properties in the city of Milwaukee.
