Milwaukee man charged in Aurora Sinai hospital shooting

MILWAUKEE — A Milwaukee man has been charged in a shooting that took place at Aurora Sinai Medical Center last Monday, leaving one man injured and another on life support.

Ronnell Dwayne Shaw Jr. was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

One of the victims, Christopher M. Robinson, was said to still be on life support as of March 6 and is not expected to survive, according to a criminal complaint.

Milwaukee police said that on March 2, officers were on scene for an “unrelated medical assignment” when they were notified about a potential active shooter in the hospital lobby…
