MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) – The Hollywood producers who take summer vacations in Wisconsin could now have an incentive to shoot their movies here, according to Governor Tony Evers and Milwaukee-based filmmakers.
Evers visited Nō Studios in Milwaukee to highlight the launch of Wisconsin’s new film office, Film Wisconsin, and the state’s new film tax credit program. A part of the Wisconsin Department of Tourism, Film Wisconsin administers $5 million in film tax credits annually to assist production infrastructure.
