IDAHO CITY, Idaho (CBS2) — The Boise County Sheriff’s Office reports that, on Sunday, a deputy saw a white sedan traveling at high speeds and passing other vehicles illegally on Highway 21 just south of Idaho City.
As the deputy activated his emergency lights to stop the sedan for reckless driving, it immediately accelerated to over double the posted speed limit.
Another Boise County Deputy set up spike strips in the Robie Creek area of Highway 21 and successfully spiked multiple tires of the sedan. The sedan came to a stop near milepost 20. Multiple illegal controlled substances were located inside the car, including methamphetamine…
