The tall bronze runner standing along the Sioux Falls bike trail is a tribute to Rich Greeno, a beloved local coach and educator who passed away in 2017.

Created by sculptor Darwin Wolf, the statue captures Greeno mid-stride, a fitting tribute to a man who logged hundreds of miles on these very trails while training his athletes over several decades.
