EUGENE, Ore. — Two people were arrested Saturday following an incident that took place inside – and outside – of a vehicle, the Eugene Police Department reports.
At 11:24 p.m. on March 7, 911 received a call from a man reporting he was on top of a Toyota Camry going down Echo Hollow Road. The driver, 27-year-old Ryan Scott Beairsto, also called in to report the man on top was a suspect in strangling a woman.
Subsequently, dispatchers received another call reporting the driver had braked and the man on top, 26-year-old Trevor Lee Wilbanks, had been pitched off. Bearisto drove home…
