LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A local mother is suing the Clark County School District teacher and a special education aide after claiming the employee didn’t help her son, who was choking on a piece of pineapple.
The Bass Elementary School student later died from the incident, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court last week.
