A man who opened fire at a public park during a vigil for a homicide victim, killing two people, has agreed to plead guilty, though he still maintains his innocence.
Franklin County Common Pleas Court Judge Jeff Brown found Tyrez Turner, 20, guilty on March 9 of aggravated murder, murder, tampering with evidence, possession of a dangerous ordnance, having a weapon as a previously convicted felon, and obstructing official business.
