Charleston working to open first West Ashley city office, seeking resident input

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The City of Charleston is redeveloping two vacant buildings into the city’s first West Ashley office space and officials are asking residents for input before construction begins.

The city is holding its second public meeting on the project Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Founders Hall in Charles Towne Landing. The meeting will focus on updating residents on the city’s progress, answering the public’s questions and discussing next steps.
