THREE RIVERS, MI – At about 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 6, as St. Joseph County emerged from a tornado warning and a report of significant damage at Three Rivers, Kelly Hostetler’s phone rang.
The executive director of the St. Joseph County United Way jumped into action immediately, as did her network of volunteers, organizations and sponsors.
Over the weekend, a myriad of volunteers and workers, all with their coordinated responsibilities and tasks, provided disaster relief to those affected by the tornado. On Sunday, March 8, residents lined up to receive food, water, hygiene products and emergency supplies…
