COVINGTON — A man accused of causing a car crash that killed a pregnant woman and her unborn child and seriously injuring another driver has been arrested and charged by the Newton County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities allege that Brandon Omar Robinson, 47, of Conyers was drunk when he crashed into another vehicle on Fairview Road on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025. Nineteen-year-old Jaylah Donald and her unborn baby were killed in the crash. Donald was a passenger in a car driven by her mother, Takila Donald.
