Paducah, KY – A fast-moving line of thunderstorms could sweep across Tennessee and Kentucky beginning early Wednesday morning, bringing wind gusts up to 70 mph capable of downing trees and causing scattered power outages along major travel routes.

According to the National Weather Service in Paducah, storms may begin developing before sunrise with the first round possible between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. CDT.
