ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A man is facing new charges in the death of his three-year-old nephew in Escambia County.
28-year-old Samuel Antonio Maldonado Erazo was arrested last week. He’s charged with negligent manslaughter. The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office says investigations are now leading to upgraded charges.
