Two Montgomery County women are facing felony charges after investigators say they conspired to misrepresent details of a crash in Ambler in an attempt to collect an insurance payout.
According to the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Michelle Ciliberto, 37, of Ambler, and Kirsten Martellio, 37, of Coatesville, allegedly provided false statements to Progressive Insurance regarding a two-vehicle crash involving a 1999 Dodge Ram and a 2015 Honda Crosstour.
