An iconic New York City skyscraper will soon open its doors to the public for the first time in its history.
Mayor Zohran Mamdani confirmed that the David N. Dinkins Municipal Building’s tallest tower will open in June to New Yorkers and tourists alike after $6 million worth of renovations and repairs.
