STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Heavy traffic on the Staten Island Expressway is causing delays on the Goethals Bridge during near the tail end of the Tuesday morning rush hour.
An alert from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey cautioned that the Brooklyn-bound traffic was leading to backups on the span around 8:20 a.m.
