Former Mass. city official pleads guilty to embezzling funds for lavish lifestyle

A former Quincy official pleaded guilty on Monday in federal court to a scheme to embezzle funds from the city.

Prosecutors say he used city money to pay for music studio recordings of his songs, 153 pounds of bourbon steak tips and a Toyota Prius, among other purchases.
