Potter County Detention Center inmate Joshua Lynn Canada, age 41 was charged Sunday with Burglary of a Building. PSO arrested 57-year-old Telissa Gayle Carter Sunday at 10:45pm in the 6800 block of I-40 West for an Out-Of-County Charge, a JP Charged and Resisting Arrest, bond was set at $3,750.
