A Des Moines man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly assaulted a Des Moines woman at a mall in West Des Moines.
Nicholas Sin Sam Jr., 28, of 1533 Samson St., Des Moines, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness and fifth-degree criminal mischief.
