Wichita City Council to weigh in on failed ROTOR Act linked to Flight 5342 crash

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – On Tuesday, the Wichita City Council will consider a resolution urging House lawmakers to pass the ROTOR Act.

The bill was the first piece of air safety legislation since the deadly crash of Flight 5342 over a year ago.
