Tulsa, OK – Drivers and residents across eastern Oklahoma could face damaging thunderstorms late Tuesday evening as a fast-moving storm complex develops and pushes across the region between 9 p.m. and the early overnight hours.

According to the National Weather Service in Tulsa, the greatest risk window for severe storms will run from 9 p.m. Tuesday until about 1 a.m. Wednesday, with activity gradually weakening and exiting by around 3 a.m. Storms may begin forming as early as midday in southern parts of the region but are most likely to intensify after sunset…
