LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A mother is suing the Clark County School District after her 8-year-old son reportedly choked in the school cafeteria, and a teacher’s assistant did not provide CPR.
Cruzito Tank Ruiz was a student at John Bass Elementary, located in the south valley near South Las Vegas Boulevard and Cactus Avenue.
