PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A Portland man is on trial starting Tuesday for a murder connected to a house fire in Clackamas County.
Bobby Lee Grady Alsup III, 31, is accused of killing 31-year-old Kaley Ann Snow in March 2024.
