The Battle Ground Police Department (BGPD) is investigating a series of animal shootings involving blow darts reported in multiple neighborhoods over the past several months.
On Feb. 17, BGPD detectives served a search warrant at a residence in the 100 block of Southeast 17th Way with assistance from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. Officers recovered items consistent with the case, including two blowguns. The investigation remains ongoing, and no suspects have been identified, according to a City of Battle Ground news release.
