The 3.35-acre residential land sale closed Feb. 24, 2026, and equates to roughly $753,001 per acre, or $17.29 per square foot.
The lots are identified as Lots 742-750, 759-764, 806, and 815-825 in Entrada Del Toro, the latest subdivision within the Rancho Sahuarita master-planned community in Sahuarita. The property is zoned under Sahuarita’s specific plan.
