Birmingham’s Capstone Building Corp. has begun work on a 48-acre residential community in Irondale.
Working with developer StoneRiver Co., Capstone is building The Current at Grants Mill, at 1951 Grants Mill Rd. on one of the city’s scenic ridgetops.
