CLEVELAND, Tenn. — There are new safety concerns from some Cleveland residents centering around a property with a history of complaints and 911 calls regarding possible illegal burning.
Documents we obtained from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) show several attempts to contact the property owner.
