The family of a man who died after his pickup truck was struck by a Columbus police cruiser is now suing the department and the officer who was behind the wheel.
Family members of Corey Tinnes, 30, filed the lawsuit on March 9 in Franklin County Common Pleas Court. The suit names the city and officer Kaitlin Robinson as defendants and seeks monetary damages for negligence and wrongful death.
