KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A woman is charged with attempted murder after a stabbing in the Five Points neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
KPD said Michelle Martin, 45, was arrested after officers responded to a reported stabbing at the Five Points Apartment Complex in East Knoxville. A 53-year-old woman told police she was confronted by Martin outside of the complex, with Martin then allegedly getting a knife and chasing her while attempting to stab her “multiple times.”…
