Nashville Department of Transportation throws ‘tone deaf’ parking changes in the trash

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — FOX 17 News obtained an email from the Nashville Department of Transportation on Monday, announcing a “formal moratorium” on recent parking zone changes.

The email was sent to Lindsley Avenue neighbors and businesses. This comes after locals and small businesses have expressed frustrations to FOX 17 News over NDOT’s “tone deaf” parking zone implementation on Lindsley Avenue, where a two-hour limit was placed during the day.

People that live on Lindsey say they want long term options and there is not a lot of retail, so business owners need more than two hour options, too…
