Rocket launcher and guns seized by investigators at Rancho Cordova home

The California Attorney General’s Office on Tuesday announced the seizure of illegally owned guns and an inert rocket launcher found a month ago while serving a search warrant at a Rancho Cordova home.

Law enforcement officials served the warrant Feb. 10 as part of a firearms investigation at a suspect’s Rancho Cordova home, according to a news release from the state Attorney General’s Office. California Department of Justice agents assisted the FBI Federal Bureau and the Sacramento Police Department in the investigation.
