Ontario, N.Y. (WHAM) — Chad Campbell, who was convicted in the Aug. 1, 1990 stabbing deaths of two people in Wayne County, is scheduled to be released later this week after being granted parole. However, plans for where he will live upon release have changed following significant community backlash.
Campbell, now 50, was 14 years old when he fatally stabbed his classmate, 15-year-old Cynthia Lewis, and 17-month-old Curtis Rizzo in Palmyra. The victims’ bodies were discovered in a field behind Palmyra-Macedon Middle School.
