RICHMOND, Va. (WSET) — Tighter gun restrictions are moving forward in Richmond. A bill that bans buying, selling and manufacturing assault weapons is now heading to Governor Abigail Spanberger’s desk.
Gun shop owners are already evaluating what this could mean for their business. Any gun classified as an assault firearm and magazines that hold more than 15 rounds would be banned under this bill.
