ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police found 17-year-old boy who had been shot Monday evening on Wellington Avenue, near Chili Avenue.
Officers found the teen at around 6 p.m., suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body, which police said was life-threatening. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, where doctors were able to stabilize him. He remained in critical condition as of 8 p.m., police said.
