Police in Orange County arrested a 14-year-old boy behind the wheel of a car that had reportedly been stolen during an armed carjacking earlier in the day.
It’s unclear exactly when the incident occurred, but night shift officers with the Cypress Police Department spotted the stolen vehicle near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Moody Street.
