New York-based commercial real estate firm Newmark is offering the Shrewsbury plaza, named Lakeway Commons, without a formal asking price, according to the firm’s website. The space sits to the left of Route 9, and is also home to a Starbucks, a Tavern in the Square restaurant and a Burtons Grill and Bar. The plaza is centered around the supermarket, which is currently under a longterm lease, according to the website.
