ANN ARBOR, MI — Vinology in Ann Arbor will host its annual Somm Slam on Wednesday, March 25, bringing together two sommeliers for a competitive wine pairing event, according to March 9 email.
Heidi Kabanuk and Chaad Thomas will each select wine pairings for every course of a multi-course dinner. Guests attending the 6:30 p.m. event will taste both wine options and vote on which sommelier created the best pairing for each dish.
