Over the weekend, I was having a debate with some of my family and friends about Sunday. Half of the people I was talking to said that Sunday is the start of the week, while the other half said it was the end of the week.
Is Sunday The Start Or End Of The Week?
The main reason people believe that Sunday is the start of the week is that almost every calendar printed starts with Sunday and ends with Saturday. So if you use that calendar, you would think that Sunday is the start of the week.
For me, I think Sunday is the end of the week. If I ask you what you did this “Weekend” you will tell me what you did on Saturday and Sunday. Most people work Monday through Friday, so the start of the week would be Monday, and the weekend, or the last days of the week, would be Saturday and then Sunday.
