Florida YIMBY has an update regarding Glass House Boca Raton, a residential development taking shape in its namesake city.
Previously, our June 2025 report shared that construction had started on the nine-story venture, set to become “the first modern glass building in the heart of the city.” Now, developer 280 E. Palmetto Park Road LLC has secured a $70 million construction loan to fund the tower’s vertical construction. Multi-Housing News shares that Maxim Capital was the lender; Arrow Real Estate Advisors was the broker.
Upon its anticipated 2027 completion, Glass House Boca Raton will comprise 28 units. Floorplans will range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom units, spanning about 2,500 to 3,864 square feet each. In-unit features will include integrated smart home technology, private terraces, and chef-inspired kitchens. Each residence is guaranteed two parking spots stored in an underground garage.
Since the condos’ launch in 2024, more than one-third have been sold; the homes start at $2.7 million. Communal amenities will include (but aren’t limited to) a swimming pool, fitness center, and co-working space. GarciaStromberg is the architect. Kaufman Lynn Construction is the general contractor…
