CENTER POINT, Iowa (KCRG) – A Linn County judge ruled vehicles at Sky Auto Mall cannot be immediately seized today as part of a $12 million fraud lawsuit. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for March 20.
Stellantis filed the lawsuit accusing Sky Auto Mall of a $12 million fraud scheme and is seeking to seize inventory from the dealership.
Customer says promised incentives no longer honored
Dan Wehling, who lives and operates a small business called Dancore in Hazleton, purchased a new Ram truck from Sky Auto Mall in Center Point in September 2025. He said he chose the dealership specifically because of incentives offered at the time of sale.
