GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – A De Pere man convicted of federal fraud in 2018 has written a letter to a federal court in Green Bay asking for relief.
Ron Van Den Heuvel, now in his early 70s and living in Georgia, sent the letter to the court late last month.
In it, he asked the judge to address the legality of a 2015 search, claims of withheld evidence, and alleged conflicts of interest involving prosecutors.
