Pct. 4 deputies arrested a suspect in Cypress who threatened to bomb Highway 290, authorities said.
According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, deputies responded to the 21900 block of Bronze Leaf Drive in reference to a bomb threat where the caller said he was planning to detonate explosive devices and conduct a mass shooting. Court records revealed that the suspect was allegedly planning to bomb Highway 290.
