ASH GROVE, Mo. (KY3) – If you plan to rent a home soon, be cautious when you see an ad on social media. A local real estate agent says houses for sale are being targeted by scammers.
“This scam is rampant. There are a lot of people making a lot of money off of people who just don’t know any better,” said realtor Matt Baker.
